Here at Label Engine we are always looking at ways to improve our systems. We’ve recently made some changes to our sites security and would like to share them with you now!
Starting today, if a user or additional user attempts to login with an incorrect password 3 times, their account will be locked. In order to unlock your account, you will have to check the email associated with the account where you will be given a link to reset your password. Note that you may not reuse a previously used password. Once reset, your account will be unlocked.
We’ve also added a feature where users will now get an alert to their email when logging in from a new location. If you have an additional user and they try to log in from another location then their usual territory, the primary user will also get a notification.
