Emerging EDM oriented streaming service Revibe.fm has officially announced it is shutting down its doors for good after a mere 3 years in business. The store, which attempted to find a common ground between streaming and live mixing announced on their website the reasons behind it. http://www.revibe.fm/
For the past few months we’ve been struggling to keep Revibe alive. Due to unforeseen circumstances and limited options we are forced to shut down the service as of August 31st, 2014.
We want to thank our users for this 3-year-long journey that has now come to an end. Thanks for all the songs played, and people engaged in the service! We’re deeply sorry that we couldn’t manage to go all the way and become everyone’s home of Electronic Music.
We will monitor the situation and work on collecting any pending royalties, however, we expect a delay on them.
