We’re excited to announce that Label Engine, in partnership with Diggers Factory, is now offering physical product distribution – including vinyl and CDs – directly to your fans!

Through this new offering, we’re making it easier than ever for you to create high-quality physical releases and get them into the hands of your supporters via direct-to-fan pre-orders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER

Please have the following information ready before filling out the form:

  • Your product selections (see product catalogue above)
  • WAV file download links & artwork link (All artwork must be submitted using our required formatting. Artwork formatting templates available here)
  • Your pre-order start and end dates

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once you submit your request, here’s what to expect:

  1. A project manager from our team will reach out to confirm your order and the minimum threshold of orders required to go into the manufacturing stage (see more info on this below)
  2.   Your pre-order will be set up and a unique link will be provided – this link will go live on your chosen pre-order start date
  3. After your pre-order window closes, manufacturing begins and will be completed within 6–8 weeks
  4. All orders will then be shipped directly to your fans

LEAD TIME & PLANNING

  • Please submit your order at least 3 weeks before your desired pre-order start date.
  • Allow 6–8 weeks of turnaround time after your pre-order period ends for production and fulfillment.

MINIMUM ORDER THRESHOLDS

Minimum quantities are based on the product styles you choose, but typically start around 100 units. Our team will confirm the exact threshold with you once your request is submitted.

If your minimum is not met during the pre-order period, you’ll have the choice to:

  1. Extend the pre-order window
  2. Cover the remaining production costs (which will be quoted to you at that time)
  3. Cancel and refund all orders
