As part of our efforts to improve our systems, we’ve partnered with Tipalti to provide an enhanced experience for our Label Engine users when requesting payment.
Starting this week, you will be asked to enter details and select your chosen payment method in a pop-up Tipalti window, and will be required to complete a US tax form. This process can take up to 10 minutes to complete.
As a result, payment requests are now processed only at the end of the month. You will have up until the 21st of each month to complete a payment request if you wish to receive the money by the end of that month.
