As part of our natural growth and entrepreneurial spirit, we are working on launching the new addition to the Label Engine network: a Dance Music oriented Blog.
Throughout the long career of Label Engine founder Rich (aka Lazy Rich) and the Label Engine team, we have been able to build great and key relationships with industry people and companies that allow us to be in a privileged position to expand into new ventures and business opportunities.
One of the many new projects is a music blog that will focus on creating original content for the high demand from fans in our scene. Its no secret we all enjoy interviews with our favorite artists, reviews of our favorite events/club parties, reviews of our favorite releases and of course, discovering new music and talent.
We are putting together an elite team of writers, photographers and videographers that are looking to make a name for themselves in the Music industry. Here is your chance to join our team.
– Event Reviewer/Photographer/Videographer
Location: Los Angeles, USA or Vancouver, Canada.
Compensation: Internship, with possibility of joining the team full time upon your work review. (Plus additional privileges we will discuss when hired)
We are looking for (music loving) writers, photographers and videographers to attend events in the Los Angeles (USA) and Vancouver (Canada) areas. The candidates must be 19 years old or older (21+ preferably), they will be granted exclusive backstage access to various weekly events.
As an event reviewer your job will be to write an in detail article about your experience, from rating performances to judging the work the club did, in some occasions conduct face to face interviews with the featured artist(s).
If you are a Photographer or Videographer, your job is to capture in the most unique way possible shots/videos of the event.
Candidates must be serious, reliable, have their own transportation and have great writing/editing skills.
– Music Reviewers/Interviewers
Location: United States, Canada, Worldwide
Compensation: Internship (Plus additional privileges we will discuss when hired)
As a music reviewer your job will be to select from our large database of releases and promos received and write an in detail unbiased article with the positives and negatives of that release. Candidates must write a minimum of 4 reviews per month.
As an interviewer your job will be to conduct interviews with artists via email, skype/messenger or face to face (when possible). Candidates must conduct at least 2 interviews per month.
Candidates must be serious, reliable and have great writing/editing skills.
