Beatport has been doing changes to their back-end system (Baseware) in the recent days, because of this updates certain functions have not been working properly. Daily Sales Reports being one of them.
We appreciate the emails and concerns we have received about this but there is nothing we can do on our side, once Beatport corrects the issue everything will be back to normal. If they allow us to retrieve information from past days we will do our best to add that data into our system but at this point we are not sure if they will do that.
