The new Label Engine has an improved user interface and distribution process. This will minimize out-of-app communications. For most changes, it’s no longer necessary to contact the support team.
To request an update of your release, you will need to make the changes to your release first. Then, let us know what kind of changes you made, so we can send out the correct type of update.
To request a takedown of your release, you will need to provide a reason for why you want to delete it.
You can also contact support with other questions regarding the release.
If there are errors in your release and it is rejected, reject messages will show under “Release Alerts” within the release.
After you have corrected the errors on the release, you will need to check the box “I have fixed all the issues” before you redistribute it.
