As of April 12th 2018 we have decided to remove the Topple Track integration from Label Engine.
While we continue to recommend Topple Track as a good option for those looking to reduce the impact of illegal downloads, we have made this decision primarily because we are unable to apply our same level of customer service when using a third-party integration.
Effective immediately it will no longer be possible to purchase Topple Track protection through Label Engine. Additionally, one month from today we will be removing access to statistics provided by Topple Track through Label Engine.
For customers that wish to continue using Topple Track, they should create an account at https://admin.toppletrack.com/login. Once the account is made, they should then email support@toppletrack.com to ask for their existing purchases to be mapped to their new Topple Track account. Please be sure to include your name, email address and label name(s) as they are displayed in Label Engine.
Please note that Topple Track pricing is different from that currently provided by Label Engine. Full details of the pricing available directly with Topple Tracks can be found on http://www.toppletrack.com/.
Customers that have added credit to their account with the primary intention of making Topple Track purchases should contact us to discuss options for receiving a credit refund at support@label-engine.com.
