Tick the ‘Album Only’ box if the Track should only be sold to customers that purchase the entire Release – this option may not be implemented on some stores.

Edit track artists and remixers
At the bottom of the edit Track page is the Artist form. The Track Artist is determined automatically from the Artists you add to this form. The form also allows you to enter Royalty Allocations which will save you time when it comes to doing your accounting.
Add each Artist, remixer, or company to the form by clicking ‘Add Artist’, ‘Add Remixer’, or ‘Add Company’ links. Featured Artists such as vocalists should be added in the same way as other Artists. Select the name of the Artist from the drop-down box if you have created them previously, or select ‘Create New Artist’.
Make sure to enter an alias for each artist – this is the artist name as it should be displayed on the track. If you would not like the name of an artist displayed on the track, from the Alias drop down just select the ‘Artist hidden’ option.
Next select the role of each artist that had a part in the production of the track. From the Songwriter drop down select role for the artist. For each Artist that you have selected a role, you must enter in their full real name at the bottom of the page. This is for accounting purposes. If the Artist is a group, you must enter in the full names of each member of the group.
This information is provided to the Vendors to determine publishing Royalties. At least one Artist must have a role selected.
Now enter each artists royalties percentage. If you are unsure just enter 0% and enter the information later. If you want the artist’s royalties to be assigned to an account you can select it from the ‘Release Account’ drop-down menu. If there is no drop down simply click the ‘[x]’ under the Release Account number.
If you wish for different Allocations to be used based on the Vendor or Territory, these can be entered by editing the Track in the Accounts section.
Once all the information is filled out click the ‘save changes’ button.
