Once all the information for every track in a release has been entered, you will see the distribution status panel on the mid-menu bar turn blue. If it is red, then you have not filled in all the information correctly.

If the bar is red check that you have all the correct data inputted, selected vendors, added artwork, uploaded the .WAV files, and correctly filled out all required fields.

If you are putting a release live that has already been filled out with the proper information navigate to the release through – Distribution > Edit Release.

Make sure to review your release before it is sent to the vendors. Changes are difficult to make and may result in your release being offline while the changes are made.

If you are ready to distribute, click ‘Distribute Release’ at the bottom of the ‘Release Details’ section. Alternatively you can select ‘Live’ from the drop-down menu on the distribution status panel.
