UPDATE #3: <\/strong>We have restored access to Demos and your FTP Repository. Some releases are still copying over, we are running at the maximum capacity of our old server to get them moved across. For releases that were being used in promo campaigns, they are being prioritized and will automatically be marked as online once the files have been restored.<\/p>\n

UPDATE #2:<\/strong> We have enabled limited access to the label admin area of the site. Demos and FTP Repository cannot be accessed at this time and some of your releases may still be copying from the old server and as such cannot be edited. Please note that these\u00a0releases will\u00a0be showing as not having files uploaded, this is temporary until the copying process has completed. We hope to have things fully back to normal within a few hours.<\/p>\n

UPDATE #1:<\/strong> The promo, demo and sharing systems are now online. Login to the backend of the site will be enabled as soon as possible. Promo users may notice some older releases cannot be downloaded, this will be remedied as the data is copied over.<\/p>\n

As you may have noticed the site is still offline. Firstly let us assure you that all your data is safe and that we are working are very hardest \u00a0to get everything working again as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The reason for the delay is that it’s taking a lot longer than we anticipated to copy data over from our old server. The bottleneck is located within our old server rather than the new one so we don’t anticipate this will cause any problems in the future.<\/p>\n

We are hoping to have copied over all recent releases by early afternoon and to begin bringing the promo and demo systems online soon after. There may be limitations on which of your releases you can edit for the remainder of the day as we continue to copy over your back catalogue.<\/p>\n

Sales and chart tracking will continue as normal, any outstanding promos and emails will be sent as soon as the promo system is online. Distribution will continue to operate as usual. For those of you with a subscription we will extend your subscription end date to compensate you for the lost time.<\/p>\n
